Jupiter is the Roman name for the Greek god Zeus, and the large planet in our solar system is host to 79 moons. The largest and best known and named for Zeus’ daughters, lovers, and conquests. Ganymede, the handsome young cupbearer to the Greek Gods on Olympus, lends his name to Jupiter’s largest moon. Kidnapped and flown to the heavens by Zeus, Ganymede was made immortal. His namesake moon is quite beautiful. Brilliant rays shoot out from its craters, white ice frosts its polar caps, dark ridges and grooves criss cross its surface…this moon almost looks like one of our natural earth stone beads.
Emily recreated Janice’s Designing A Cuff with thoughtful design, layout, and beautiful additions of 5mm flat leather and dangling beads. Just like Ganymede, this bracelet will be sought-after for its beauty.
