Live Sales FAQ

We are so excited to bring you this fun new way to shop for exclusive items! During a Live Sale you will see what incredible goodies Kate has found, and then you’ll be able to shop! To shop, you will need to watch from our website, beadshop.com, at this link: https://www.beadshop.com/pages/lmu-live-shopping

While you may be able to watch the broadcast from YouTube and Facebook (not all Live Sales will be broadcast there), you cannot shop from those sites, you can only shop on beadshop.com.

PLEASE READ! Here’s how a Live Sale will work:

All items will be shown and discussed first! Kate will go over color, sizes, and more, so you’ll know what to expect for each item.

Towards the end of the show all items will become available at once. When the items are available you will be able to add to cart and check out. The timing information will be available on the homepage and in the newsletter the day of the show.

Items can be shopped from the Live Sale window itself AND in New Arrivals once they go live. The products cannot be found or added to cart beforehand.

Items are limited in quantity and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Adding to cart does not save an item for you, it is not guaranteed yours until checkout is complete and the purchase is paid for.

We recommend logging in to your beadshop.com account before the Live Sale starts so you can check out quickly.

Coupons and Rewards cannot be applied to Live Sale items, but you will still earn VIB Points for your purchases.

All Live Sale purchases are final sale.

Live Sale items ship directly from Kate, so if you also have “regular,” non-Live Sale items in your cart these will ship as usual from our warehouse and you will see a higher shipping fee at checkout to account for the two shipments. These shipments cannot be combined.
