Sample by Kate Richbourg & Drea Carbone

We must confess...this is a Kate colorway! Picked with a Sunday evening in mind...envisioning the bright lights at night along a vintage boardwalk, Kate's weekend wishing was brought to life in her color palette. Shipped off to Drea, it was then beaded up and sent back to California!

This bracelet was created with a 7" wrist in mind.
Start with your button at the midpoint of your leather, and begin with the Herringbone Ladder. Use one single 8/0 to taper your leather strands out a bit, and reinforce with two stitches. Then begin laddering your SuperDuos. *If you'd like multiple colors, but don't want to select one of the pre-mixed SuperDuo mixes, plan on purchasing 4-5 tubes of single-color SuperDuos. Drea picked colors from the mix completely at random, but you do you...make a pattern, use more or less of a color...the sky is the limit.
Recently, a comment was made by a YouTube viewer that these long wraps are daunting due to the need to change out threads. Worry no more! Use a long length to get you started, and do what Drea did here: finish each section with macramé, then start a new section with fresh thread. Hide this transition under a 5mm slider. Add a dab of glue to keep the slider and your finished/fresh threads in place! And move on to the next wrap.
Wrap two is a pattern of 8/0s and 6mm Fire Polish. Depending on your wrist size, you may have a few 6mms leftover, or you may need to use them all. Adjust the pattern if you have a larger wrist! Again, finish your threads, start news ones, glue, and hide under a slider.
Wrap three is an every-other pattern, a row of 3 8/0s, a single Tile, and repeat. Remember to treat Tiles like two beads...stitch in and out of the first hole, then stitch in and out of the second hole!
Finally, wrap four is alternating 8/0s and Shadows. Their size difference ensures that they snuggle right up next to each other and fit together nicely. A cute pattern!
Some macramé to finish, add a dab of glue! Then an overhand knot makes the buttonhole. Add a Charm and slip some Shadows onto your leather tails for flair!
