The artistâs haven of Montmartre has a long historyâŠtravel back with us as we create this long and elegant lariat design is reminiscent of the 1920âs. In this project, youâll use multiple techniques that will lead to a finished necklace you can wear many ways. The tassel is the piĂšce de rĂ©sistance! So, let's get swept off our feet and fly to Paris and fall in love!
