Wire Wrapped Tassel PDF  Mala PDF

Project Info:

Level: Beginner

Estimated time: 4-6 Hours

Project by Janice Parsons
Sample by Janice Parsons

Fresh from the Facebook LIVE broadcast from 1/4/16, Protection is a new sample in our Mala design. This piece features Labradorite, said to be the most powerful protection stone. We mix it with Quartz Crystal along with a carved component from our Vintage Finds and a silky tassel. This project uses 6mm beads instead of the 8mm that we used in our previous Malas, resulting in a more delicate finished project.

Please Note: as our Vintage Finds Collections are all limited supply, we found a replacement for the carved component that was originally used and is no longer available.

We rate this project “Beginner” taking about 4-6 hours to complete. Review the Ingredients List for quantities of ingredients needed, and then open the SHOP and TOOLS tabs above to purchase.

For learning, check out the Facebook LIVE broadcast from 1/4/17 that features this project. You may also download the Mala and Making a Wire Wrapped Tassel Handout and refer to the Project Map below for a bird’s eye view of the sample and alternate color palettes for the project.
