All blues are not alike and finding one that you'll love forever to use in your heirloom beaded tree is an important decision. That's why Janice looked hard for the right blue. We started making beaded trees in July 2025 with Emily. It's an amazing project. We didn't even get to Menorahs or lampshades or flower corsages. Christmas in July Beaded Trees is just the beginning. We have bagged enough sparkling dark blue, silver-lined glass seed beads to make a full tree which will be 16-18" tall in a pot.
Will you decorate it or leave it simple and unadorned? No matter, each one is a beautiful heirloom. Make fast work of stringing beads on to wire by using a bead spinner, then bend and shape the branches. Emily will explain how to assemble and secure in a pot or container and you have a lovely display all ready for the holidays.
Beads are made in Czechia.
Sold in bag of 150 grams, which is 20 grams more than Emily suggests you need for a tree. The quantity is equal to approximately seven 5-inch tubes.
