Estimated time: 3+ Hours

Project by Janice Parsons
Sample by Jen Tello

When William Blake, the English poet, wrote “Tyger, Tyger, burning bright, in the forests of the night; What immortal hand or eye, Could frame thy fearful symmetry?” Was he referring to the deep stirring the stone tiger eye causes in all of us? Jen has created an Odyssey design that could easily be worn to a book signing or a night on the town. Wear it as a necklace or a wrap bracelet.

Here’s how to Learn and Shop:
  1. Start with the Project Map below to get an overview of the design.
  2. Then click on the “Download PDF” button to see Step-by-Step instructions. Be sure to read that before you begin beading. Sometimes new samples may differ from the original handout or video, but we’re confident the techniques are still close enough.
  3. Review the Ingredients List to see quantities you need for the project. Usually you just need 1 of each, but sometimes it calls for more.
  4. Open the SHOP tab above and purchase the ingredients. Also open the TOOLS tab to check if you need studio supplies. Enjoy!
