Malachite- Cube Beads

Considered the "stone of transformation", Malachite has mesmerized cultures since ancient times. In 4000 BCE, Egyptians used it in jewelry, tomb paintings, and ground it up for kohl eye shadow. Egyptians associated it with a concept of eternal life and rebirth. 

We are thrilled we were able to purchase this lost stash of stones in the back of a Bead Dealer's warehouse. Gathering dust, it's time they saw the light!

Sizing Info: Beads are 4x4mm and hole sizes varies from 0.8-1.1mm. For knotting, we recommend Fine C-Lon. Beads were made in China. Expect slight variations in size. Beads may have been dyed and heat treated to stabilize color.
