Everything smells wonderful and new. Nature is letting you know a day like today is very special. You feel like you could float away! Discovering the beauty of the greens along your bike ride to work is a spectacular way to start your day. In Spring Day Float Away, each section can be made with random abandon or laser precision…it’s up to you!
Please note, the vintage stone "paver" beads used in this sample are no longer available. We suggest trying Czech Rectangles in their place...see how Janice uses this shape in her version of the Soft Flex Float!
The true beauty of this 5-strand design is that you can be random with varying lengths or make something very symmetrical and it all looks great! Emily began each strand by cutting 5 lengths of Soft Flex 24 inches each. She focused on making each strand unique. Some strands have double daisies by some beads, others don’t have any. Emily loves to keep the designing portion of her work as open and accessible as possible to help demonstrate there’s no “one way” to do anything. The finished length is approximately 17-18 inches.
