Sonoran Sunrise Macramé Necklace
Project Map
Project & Sample by Kate Richbourg
Tutorial Broadcast on May 27, 2026
A bonus project from Kate for Danielle's Copper & Cactus Box!
This stunning macramé necklace draws inspiration from the warm, sun-baked hues of the Sonoran Desert. Knotted in earthy cord and finished with antique copper findings and cactus-themed charms, it's a wearable piece of the Southwest.
Finished Length: 19.5" total necklace length. The three macramé strands measure 16.5", 12", and 11".

The three strands that make up the necklace: Poseidon, Ginger, and Treebark 0.5mm cord.

Step-by-step: how to add the Mandala Star Button and macramé loop closure.
