Smoke and Mirrors
By Mimi Hill
Project by Brittany Ketcham
There is no doubt about it! We just love this interpretation of Brittany Ketcham’s design, West County Cuff. Titled “Smoke and Mirrors” this is Mimi’s first entry to Beader Showcase. The cuff is a sophisticated study in tones of gray and silver. Mimi based her color choices around Second Wind- a 6mm Labradorite stone. She fell in love with the look of that bead and the rest of the colors just fell into place.
In addition to making ladder bracelets, Mimi loves to keep her hands busy with a variety of bead and wirework as well as sewing and costuming. Great job, Mimi and thanks for sharing!
