Lakeside 7.22 Recipe

For 2022's Monthly Mixes we are focusing our inspiration on birth month flowers...for July, it's Water Lily (or Larkspur!). 

Pack your bags, it's time for summer vacation...and we are headed to the lake! Growing up, Drea spent many summer weekends at her uncle's lake house in Ossipee in New Hampshire. Surrounded by tall trees, this little bay off the main lake was always a calm and steely blue, and perfect for exploring in the kayak with cousins. Amongst the green lily pads we'd always search for an elusive water lily...it was good luck to find one!

This mix is a blend of 8/0 Round Rocailles in two shades each of a lustrous, translucent blue, green, and purple. All finishes are the same pearly translucent gorgeousness...which is a BSDC first!!
We think this would be great for The Dancer or Tassel Earrings, or in an Ombré Peyote Bracelet. As we're sure you've noticed, the lotus is one of our favorite symbols here at BSDC...pair this mix with any of our many Lotus Collection components for a special project.
