Project and Sample by Kate Richbourg

This idea has been kicking around in Kate’s head ever since Emily showed us how to make Odd Count Peyote Rings! Kate quickly made a pair of earrings using the technique (Joan Earrings) and when she came across these Swarovski crystal squares, well...done deal!! An asymmetrical necklace, Hip To Be Square combines crystals, metals, and peyote stitch into a truly fabulous piece!

*A Note on Ingredients: This is a super-adaptable piece! Use hoops and rings instead of Swarovski Square Links, or keep it crystal. Attach your chain using links and connectors that speak to you (Kate went with hammered metals, a fave of ours). You do you, gang!!

Find ingredient quantities for Hip To Be Square listed above for easy shopping, and find our other Peyote Stitch Necklaces here.
