Large Hole Red Botswana Agate-8mm

Botswana agate has distinctive banding not found in other stones. Usually seen in white on hues of brown and gray, here we can enjoy an 8 inch strand in shades of orange to red. See our collection of Botswana Agate, but this one is so special because it is large-holed... lucky us! 

Botswana Agate dates back to volcanic ash 147 million years ago. It is now mined in Brazil and made into beads in China. Please expect variations in beads as Botswana Agate is a semi-precious stone.

Sizing Info: Right at 8mm! With generous 2mm holes, this will work with Leather*, Surfer Cord, Chinese Knotting Cord and several strands of Regular C-Lon.

Sold by the 8 inch strand. Approximately 24 beads per strand.

* Bead holes are 2mm, give or take, and a 2mm leather cord may fit through it but maybe not... 1.5mm leather is a safer bet.
