What makes Xuron® Micro-Shear® Flush Cutters so unique? It’s the blade by-pass cutting method – put simply, the blades cut by shearing as opposed to compression. The result is a clean, square cut requiring little, or no, post-cut clean up.

Manufactured from tough alloyed steel with state-of-the-art heat treating and ultra precise CNC grinding to create the ultimate shear cutter. Features such as soft grips and a light touch return spring add comfort and control.

The oval head configuration lends itself perfectly to wire art and chainmaille applications. Perfect for cutting jump rings up to 12 AWG (2mm) and precious metal wire.

This plier also features Xuron’s unique wire retaining clip which holds cut-off pieces of wire to keep them from flying across the room and making a mess of your work area. It’s also great for keeping track of small bits of precious metal wires. Designed to be used on soft wire up to 16 AWG (1.3mm).
