Lapis & Jade Harmony- A Necklace Kit by Kate

This kit brings together the timeless techniques from our Born Yesterday project and pairs them with a trio of classic, soulful components. It’s simple, elegant, and beautifully meditative to make; a design that feels both ancient and fresh all at once.

At the heart of the necklace is a generous 40 mm lapis disc, rich with deep blues and natural gold flecks. Layered on top sits a vintage I Ching coin, a talisman that lends history, symbolism, and a touch of quiet mystery. The pendant is framed by a strand of cool, tranquil 10 mm nephrite jade rounds, each bead slightly unique, each one echoing serene, grounded energy.

You’ll use the same approachable macramé and stringing techniques featured in Born Yesterday, making this a wonderful project whether you’re just new to macramé or you want to add to your repertoire of skills and curated beads.

This kit includes:

• A 16" strand of all natural Nephrite Jade 10mm beads

• A 40mm Lapis Disc

• A vintage I Ching Coin

• A Brass button with an antique finish.

• 1ft Distressed Green 1.5mm Leather Cord.

Please note: This kit does not include stringing material. You'll need to add the thread of your choice. Kate used Regular CLon in Celadon.

In each kit, you'll have enough materials to make 1 necklace. You determine the length by the spacing of marcramé knots between each bead. As with all of our made-in-house kits, we have a limited amount, and once they are gone, they’re truly gone!
