Citrus Bliss

This summer, we have a fresh spin on our Farmer's Market series. When we welcomed our new photography and graphics guru, Claire, to the BSDC team we discovered something fun: Claire sells her artwork at her local Farmer's Market! The gears started turning...what if, instead of being inspired by photos of fruits and veggies, we took Claire's artwork as inspiration? It is a fun one-off that we could not resist. So say hello to Claire, her artwork (find her paintings here!), and four new samples for Farmer's Market, each one inspired by a painting of Claire's.



Citrus Bliss was the first thing Drea thought of upon seeing this painting. So happy! Refreshing! Juicy! Claire takes something as simple as an orange and makes you feel all the feelings...it was love at first bite...I mean, sight!

This five-wrap is patterned both within each wrap and as a whole. Wraps 1, 3, and 5 are all laddered, wraps 2 and 4 are macramé. In the middle of the second and fourth wraps Drea dded a Monstera Leaf Button as decoration. They are meant to point either towards or away from each other on the wrist when worn (depend on which way you[re wrapping it!), and sit opposite the closure. Slide these buttons onto one leg of leather only (both legs won't fit!) and use macramé knots on either side to hold them in place. A few faceted teardrops as charms create a drippingly juicy finish...stagger one carnelian drop a bit lower than the others with an 8/0 or two above it on the headpin so they hang at different heights.
