Just Enough: 11/0 Metal Seed Beads- Gilding Matte Plate

Sometimes we need "just enough" for a project and that's what we've discovered with the 11/0 Metal Beads for The Great Bead Extravaganza.

Made in America, these brass-plated, seamed beads are the workhorse of the beading industry. They do not replace sterling or gold filled seamless beads, but for much of the jewelry being made today (and in the Old Days), they are a great match.

Their size and shape mirrors a 2mm bead. You may get a few in your bag where the seams don't meet, but we hope you will agree that it's a small price to pay for an affordable, sturdy bead that is so good looking and just enough to do the project! A visit to the factory in Providence, Rhode Island is like stepping back in time; it is all done the same way it was 150 years ago. 

The 1.0mm hole will fit Fine Line Chain and .04 and .05 Chinese Knotting Cord, as well as Fireline and C-lon.
