Small, cute and ready to play, Kasper is a 9lb, adorable Maltese who thinks he is human. Always ready to be carried, this pup expects the royal treatment from his best friend, Karen. And he especially likes dressing up in his Southwest themed braided cuff….for special occassions, of course! Because this project is considered Intermediate Level, prior experience with laddering, macramé and silk-wrapping are important.
