How can I contact you?

The best way is via email — use our Contact Us form or email directly at info@beadshop.com. If you have emailed us and not received a response, check your spam/junk/promotions folders! We do our best to reply to every inquiry within one business day, so please know we have likely answered you and it's just hiding in the junk mail!
Please double-check your email address before hitting send — if your email is entered with a typo we don't have any way of getting in touch!


How do I log in to my account?

We recently updated to a new Shopify login experience for most customers — simple, secure, and passwordless! Here's how to sign in depending on your account type:

New accounts (most customers): You have two easy ways to sign in:

  1. 6-digit login code: Go to www.beadshop.com/account/login, enter your email, and check your inbox for a one-time 6-digit code. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder — the code expires quickly but you can always request a new one.
  2. Sign in with Shop: Use the Shop app to sign in quickly without a code.

Legacy accounts: If you created your account before our update, you may still log in with your email and password at www.beadshop.com/account/login. If you've forgotten your password, click “Forgot your password?” on the login page to receive a reset link by email. Once logged in, you can update your password anytime from your account settings page.


Can I visit your location in person?

Beadshop.com is online only and not open to the public. Sorry about that!

What is the VIB Rewards program?

Our VIB Rewards program lets you earn points on every purchase and redeem them for discounts on future orders. For full details on how to earn, redeem, and make the most of your rewards, visit our VIB Rewards FAQ page.


My coupon code does not work!

Check that the spelling is correct, no spaces are used, and also be sure to click the "apply" button or hit "enter" at checkout. See our helpful Ordering Guide to be sure your code is being entered in the correct place.
Only one coupon code can be used per order. VIB Rewards are coupon codes, and there are minimum order amounts attached to each Reward; for more info, see our VIB Rewards FAQ Page.

PLEASE NOTE — if your VIB Reward is not working at checkout, it's likely for one of the following reasons:

  • Your minimum purchase amount has not been met.
  • What looks like a letter O might be a number 0, and vice versa — try both ways or copy/paste your code.
  • You're already using a different coupon code.

If you are still having problems, place your order and contact us at info@beadshop.com with your order number and the issue.


I Forgot to Enter My Coupon Code

Contact us with your order number as soon as possible. If the order qualifies, we will issue a store credit for the discount amount — refunds to the original payment method are not available for forgotten codes.


Store Credit

Store credit is our standard way of resolving eligible returns and order adjustments. Here's what you need to know:

  • Store credit never expires — use it whenever you're ready.
  • It appears automatically in your customer account and is applied at checkout.
  • Store credit can be used on any order with no minimum purchase required.
  • Refunds to the original payment method are issued only for defective items and canceled orders.

Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a package with missing, defective, or wrong items, please contact customer service within 7 days of receipt. Include your order number, full name, contact information, and a short description of the problem. We'll get back to you as soon as we can to resolve the issue.


Modifying Orders

We can add or remove items from an order within a limited time frame. Please let us know very quickly and we may be able to adjust the order. Email us ASAP!


Out of Stock Items

Sometimes popular items are backordered from our vendors, and sometimes our website allows us to oversell items. If we are out of an item, we will email you and issue a store credit for that item.
If we believe the item will be available within a reasonable time period, we'll contact you and give you the option of waiting for a complete shipment, a partial shipment, or a store credit for the missing item(s).


Returns

To initiate a return, email us at info@beadshop.com for a return authorization. We accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a store credit toward a future purchase. Items past our 30-day return date will not be accepted.

If an item is defective, please email us to discuss. Defective items will be refunded to the original form of payment.

To expedite your return, include a copy of your invoice with your Return Authorization Number and the returned items in their original condition. Failure to include an invoice or Return Authorization Number will delay your return and result in a 20% restocking fee. Pack items in a padded envelope with tracking and ship to:

We cannot issue a refund for any item that is damaged or lost during return transit.

Non-returnable / Final Sale items: Clearance, sale, live sale, or items marked "final sale"; Indian leather, strap leather, bolo cord, braided leather, by-the-foot chain; cut or unspooled wire, stringing materials, and cut strands of beads; any item not in its original salable condition. If these items are returned, they will not be refunded and will be donated.


Canceling an Order

We can cancel orders before they shipcontact us immediately if you need to cancel. Canceled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
If the order has already left our facility, you may refuse delivery and return it. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus our original shipping cost, and the remainder will be issued as a store credit.


Lost or Stolen Packages

We take every step possible to ensure correct delivery and will contact you to confirm your address if anything looks off. However, Beadshop.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.


International Orders

See our Shipping FAQ for more information.
All international orders may be subject to customs fees or taxes. These are separate from shipping charges and are not the responsibility of Beadshop.com. Contact your local Customs office with any questions about these fees.


Sales Tax

Sales tax is collected on orders shipped to states where we are required to do so by law. California orders are always subject to sales tax. Orders shipped to other states may also include sales tax depending on local requirements.


Copying & Credit

We want all our customers to be successful beaders! Our tutorials and projects are meant to instruct and inspire, but if you are recreating our samples closely, please credit beadshop.com and the original designer. We encourage you to make our designs your own! Janice wrote up a great blog post on the topic. It is never okay to use our pieces or photos and claim them as your own.
