Sample By Karen Marshall
In this creative and informative video, Nicole demonstrates how to master the Herringbone Weave Stitch using Chinese Knotting Cord around leather. In Sugar Baby, a bracelet made by Karen Marshall, the predominant color theme is rose, coral, and nutmeg brown...a very spicy and upbeat take on a classic. This bracelet combines an elegant stitch with the technique of laddering using pearls, Czech glass, and seed beads. After watching the video, please refer to the project map below. It may be helpful in seeing the whole design, rather than one wrap at a time. When you are feeling adventurous, we hope there will be nothing stopping you from creating your own unique versions. Please note, we have replaced a few ingredients in this project as older items have become unavailable.

We suggest you review the Ingredients List, Project Map, and watch the video (click the VIDEO tab above) before getting started. Check the TOOLS tab, too, to make sure your studio has everything you need to make this beautiful bracelet. Happy beading!
