Project and Sample by Emily Miller
In a color story and design perfectly created for a special occasion, Ivory and Pearls is just so elegant. A “something blue” could be the jewel at the end of this bracelet, perfect for a walk down the aisle.
Brick stitch is an ancient stitch, used by Egyptians as well as native Americans. It uses quite a different thread path than Peyote, attaching using loops of thread between the beads. A great addition to your skill set, it is part of our Seed Bead School, which Emily is doing with Kate on Facebook LIVE. Join us LIVE on 8.16.17 on Facebook and learn along. If you’re new to Brick Stitch, buying our Seed Bead School Inna Kit makes learning easy. Once you’ve learned the basics you can easily graduate to colors and get really creative.
