Project and Sample by Drea Carbone

I'm not ashamed to say it: I want to cut corners. I am an interesting combination of lazy procrastinator meets creative speedypants with a little glitzy engineer thrown in for good measure. All this to say: I want things done, done well, done quickly, and done with!
Don't get me wrong, I love the look of pearl knotting. But when you're in a rush (last minute gift, need a necklace for date night, don't have time to knot?) you need something speedy. Enter my cop-out: seed beads. Get the essence of a knotted necklace in a fraction of the time. Strung on Soft Flex, this necklace took me 30 minutes from start to finish. That's it! Seed beads mimic the look of a knot and you end up with a beautifully spaced long necklace.

Ingredients Note: I've created two versions of this necklace. One with a clasp and one without that's infinity-style (this one). If you want a clasp, add a clasp and wire guardians to your ingredient list, that's all. If you're like me and just want to pop the necklace over your head, we gotcha covered: add some 8/0s to your cart or use some from your stash in a color that goes with your design. You only need a few. Either way you go you will still need crimp tubes and covers.
