This sample is a true staff collaboration! Kate wanted to revisit Patterning with Stones with a fresh idea: reverse the color scheme, and use one color family for the larger beads and many in the seed beads. She asked Ghenee for her input...and Ghenee pulled a palette of purples that Kate just swooned over. But now, what next? Drea took a peek through our array of 11/0 colors...greens, blues, greys...while searching for inspiration, Drea came across this beautiful old photograph from 1933...Latvian women at a festival in Prague, wearing purple dresses with brown feathered hats. Of course, Kate and Drea fell in love with the vintage vibe. Cara came along and did her thing: pulled out a few colors, added a few... found the brown Aged Czech Stripes and, poof! We hit perfection. Enjoy!
