Kate found these vintage handkerchiefs at the atelier of a Vintage French Textiles purveyor in Durfort France this past summer. Her selection was outstanding and authentic. You will be seeing more textiles from her collection soon.

These lovely hankies were tucked inside a drawer in an armoire. 

The blue one has an embroidered image of a building and says "Souvenir de Paris" with red flowers. Dates from 1950's to 1960's. Fabric is silk.

The burgundy one has an embroidered image of a pansy and says "Souvenir de Brest"  Dates from 1950's to 1960's. Fabric is silk.

The Creme one features and openwork Initial R and handmade lace edging. Dates from the early 1900's
