Traditional diagonal stripes of an ivory pattern on black fabric. Inspired by silk chirimen fabric used for traditional kimonos, this brightly-colored cord is manufactured today in small batches in Japan.
A 4-5mm acrylic fiber center cord gives the outer polyester body and shape.
