Project by Brittany Ketcham-Roney
Sample by Jen Tello

Magically appearing in our imagination, some say garden fairies really exist. With wings of gossamer and wearing pink chiffon, they move with both grace and poise. This sample by Jen Tello captures all the best qualities of In the Garden, by Brittany Ketcham-Roney. Using simple macramé and laddering, you can create a 4-5 wrap bracelet you’ll enjoy for any occasion and every season.

Learn to add and drop new threads plus explore laddering and Bollywood-style macramé. Polish your skills with this C-Lon extravaganza. Be sure to watch Brittany’s project video and see our Facebook Episode 4.26.17 when Kate and Janice share the project that magically captures the best of a summer garden.

Project Map

This sample is 34 inches long plus the button loop, which adds another inch, for a total length of 35 inches. Adjust the length to fit your wrist and the number of wraps you want to complete. In the Garden Fairy sample, each section is approximately 6-1/4 inches long, except the last Apricot one, which is 7-3/4 inches. The beauty of this rainbow sample is that you can create the breaks where you want and if you need to make it longer, just keep laddering or macramé more!

Be sure to watch Brittany’s video and Facebook Live Episode 4.26.17. Have fun and happy beading!
