- 2x2 Crimp Beads
- Crimp Tool
- Soft Flex
- Flush Cutters
a) String a crimp bead onto the Soft Flex.
b) String the Soft Flex through your clasp.
String the Soft Flex back through the crimp beads. Slide the crimp up towards the clasp, leaving a small loop large enough to allow movement of the clasp.
Enter the crimp bead in the first channel of the crimp tool and crimp firmly
The result should be a slightly rounded crimp with a dip running down the center.
Now turn the pliers 1/4 turn and center the crimp in the second channel of the pliers. Gently crimp the bead to fold it in on itself.
The finished result should be a rounded, compact crimp. Squeeze down on the cromp bead with a needle nose plier for added securit.
